Claire Puckett

Claire Puckett advises the firm's education and local government clients with regard to a broad range of issues, including employee misconduct, tenure, teacher certification rights and obligations, student rights, employment discrimination, general contractual matters, and regulatory compliance. Ms. Puckett has defended the Jefferson County and Birmingham Boards of Education, among others, in employment discrimination, civil rights, and tenure related litigation.
