Drew Rudloff

Drew maintains an education law and civil litigation practice, with emphasis on defense of Alabama school boards and state-level entities.  Prior to joining Bishop Colvin in 2016, Drew served similar clients in Ohio and served as counsel in defense of serious personal injury claims, insurance coverage issues, commercial and construction disputes, and claims against political subdivisions, including state-wide defense of Ohio school districts.

His education practice emphasizes defense of special education matters, civil rights claims, public and education record issues, and discrimination claims. Litigation experience includes: all aspects of written discovery; taking and defending fact and expert depositions; mediation negotiations; first- and second-chair roles in trials and administrative hearings; and authoring substantive motions and briefs before state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative agencies.
