McKala R. Troxler

 Ms. Troxler focuses primarily on education law and civil rights. She assists school boards across Alabama with a variety of legal issues, including special education claims under the IDEA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, employee disputes and modern constitutional issues in schools. A former public-school teacher, she understands the difficulties faced by teachers and school administrators daily. Ms. Troxler strives to provide school officials with information needed to support students and maintain a school environment conducive to learning. Her goal is to give clients a personable experience to maximize their time educating students and minimize time spent resolving legal issues.
