ZachARY B. Roberson

Zach Roberson has experience representing school boards in all aspects of their operations. His practice has an emphasis on defense of special education matters and compliance with special education laws. Additionally, Mr. Roberson focuses on assisting school boards with navigating complex issues in desegregation litigation. Mr. Roberson has worked extensively on the Huntsville City Schools’ desegregation litigation, Hereford and the United States v. Huntsville City Board of Education, and the Lawrence County Schools’ desegregation litigation, Horton v. Lawrence County Board of Education. Mr. Roberson frequently provides training to boards of education and school board employees on a wide range of topics.
