STEVEN BOYDSTUN

Steven Boydstun advises educational institutions and public sector clients on a broad range of legal, compliance, and risk management matters. He has served as General Counsel and Director of Risk Management for the University of Montevallo and as University Attorney for Samford University, advising leaders through issues involving contracts, governance, employment, and regulatory and statutory compliance. 


He has also authored scholarly articles and compliance updates in respected publications. His experience teaching business law, leadership, and pre-law courses at the college level gives him firsthand insight into the academic environment, enriching the practical advice he provides to education clients.
