Taylor P. Brooks

Mr. Brooks’ practice is primarily in labor and employment law. He regularly represents public entities in personnel and disciplinary proceedings. He also handles employee transfers, suspension and terminations for several school systems.


In his practice, Mr. Brooks has addressed charges of discrimination and retaliation before the EEOC, complaints under the ADA, complaints under FMLA, defense of employment-related claims in both state and federal courts and has assisted in the preparation of employee handbooks and personnel policies.
