CAROLINE PENNINGTON

Caroline Pennington’s legal practice focuses on helping school boards navigate the complexities of disability law as it applies to students and employees.  She has experience litigating matters related to special education and employment law before state and federal agencies and the federal courts.  Ms. Pennington provides guidance to schools under numerous federal statutes include the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Social Security Act.
